Strict multi-tenant Role-Based Access Control isolates corporate candidate shortlists, university placement drives, and candidate profiles. Data entry operators cannot view financial or system logs.
All student resumes, assessment answer logs, and video proctoring hashes reside in Tier-4 sovereign Indian cloud infrastructure in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act.
Our machine learning models never consume or infer sensitive personal characteristics (such as gender, age, religion, or caste) for ranking or matching recommendations.
