ADREM Platform Technologies India ("ADREM", "we", "our") is committed to safeguarding personal information collected from students, universities, and corporate recruitment partners. We process data strictly for educational benchmarking, proctored assessments, and authorized campus recruitment.

2. Data We Collect

We collect information provided directly by candidates and partner academic institutions:

• Identity & Contact: Name, college email, contact phone number, enrollment/roll number.
• Academic Records: Degree, major/department, graduation year, CGPA, verified backlog count.
• Assessment Telemetry: Coding submissions, execution time, tab-switch counts, webcam snapshot hashes for proctoring verification.

3. Purpose Limitation & Non-Monetization

Candidate data is never sold, leased, or licensed to advertisers. Data is solely disclosed to prospective employers specifically authorized by the student or their university placement office.

4. Data Residency in India

In alignment with national data sovereignty standards, all production PostgreSQL databases, test telemetry, and Skill Passport credentials are hosted in certified Indian data centers.
